Who we are

This website is run by Bristol Roofing Company, a roofing service-area business covering Bristol and the surrounding areas. You can contact us on 0117 214 1175 or at info@bristol-roofing-company.co.uk.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you add it, your town or postcode, and a description of the roof problem.

If you ring or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of the call or message so we can deal with your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, give you a quote and carry out and guarantee any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a reasonable period. If we carry out work for you, we keep the records for as long as the guarantee runs and as required for tax and legal purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for basic site function and to measure how visitors find and use the site, including Google Ads and Google Analytics measurement. See our terms and cookie notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
