Roof repairs
across Bristol
Slipped tiles, cracked slates, storm damage, leaks. we’ll come out, tell you straight whether it’s a repair or something bigger, and quote it on the spot where we can.

Common repair jobs
Most repair call-outs in Bristol fall into one of these. If you’re not sure which applies, a photo on the phone is often enough for us to give you a rough idea before we even come out.
Slipped or missing tiles
Common after wind. Usually a same-day fix once we’re on site — from £150.
Cracked or split slates
Typical on older Bristol terraces. Replaced individually without disturbing the rest of the roof.
Ridge tile repairs
Loose or missing ridge tiles re-bedded or re-pointed. From £200, depending on access.
Flashing repairs
Where a roof meets a chimney or wall — a common source of leaks that isn’t always obvious from inside.
Storm damage
Wind and debris damage assessed and repaired, with photos for any insurance claim if needed.
Active leaks
Tracing and fixing the actual source — not just patching where the water’s showing inside.
From call to finished repair
1. You call or send a photo
Tell us what you’re seeing — a missing tile, a damp patch, a leak. A photo helps us get a rough idea before we’re even on site.
2. We come out and assess
Free, no obligation. we’ll tell you honestly if it’s a straightforward repair or something that needs a closer look.
3. Written quote, fixed price
No vague estimates — a clear price before any work starts, so there’s nothing to argue about afterwards.
4. Repair carried out
Most repairs are done in a single visit. we’ll show you the finished work and explain what was actually wrong.
What repairs typically cost

Repair FAQs
-
How quickly can you come out?
For active leaks, usually same-day or next-day. For non-urgent repairs, typically within a few days depending on our schedule.
-
Is it a repair or do we need a new roof?
If a roof’s otherwise sound, a repair is almost always the right call — and we’ll tell you that even though re-roofing pays more. If the roof’s genuinely at the end of its life, we’ll explain why and what the options are.
-
Do you offer a guarantee on repairs?
Yes — ask when we quote, and it’ll be written into the quote itself.
-
What if it rains before you can get to us?
If there’s an active leak, say so when you call — we’ll prioritise it or talk you through a temporary fix in the meantime.
Storm damage that might be covered by your home insurance? The Met Office keeps a record of severe weather warnings if you need evidence for a claim.
Got a roof problem? Let’s sort it.
Call directly, or send a photo and a few details — we’ll get back to you the same day, usually within the hour.
